Graduated as a Civil engineer with a post-graduate in construction management. Previously Clarissa worked as a project coordinator with building construction, maintenance and after-sale service in a construction company in Brazil. Clarissa’s works closely with the production team and supports the Project Manager’s on administrative functions and customer service to improve efficiencies and customer satisfaction.

She’s gained tremendous experience in estimating/bidding procedures, scheduling, procurement, cost planning/control, reading blueprints, and maintaining occupational health and safety standards on job sites. A highly organized, detail-orientated, and multitasking professional who seeks to deliver the best customer service to her clients. Eliza has an MBA in Construction Management, Postgraduate Certificate in Project Management, and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.

Gillian Smith’s role as an office assistance is to handle the clerical support tasks which includes reviewing invoices and obtaining approvals, keeping vendor files updated and being the back-up to the mitigation coordinator. Gillian has worked in the customer service field for over 20 years and has been within the restoration field for the last 2.5 years.  She has vast experience in multitasking, being organized and understanding and meeting the needs of her internal and external clients. She is highly motivated, loves to entertain and enjoys spending time with her grown children (when they will have her). She is committed to helping others and enjoys working as part of the Team Yellow :)

With more than 5 years working in restoration industry, Jennifer has gained knowledge of several different aspects within the field. As the Contents Coordinator, Jennifer is responsible for providing the management of contents (eg furniture) removed from the homes/businesses during a property damage claim and their care while outside the claim property. Jennifer prides herself on providing exceptional customer service and handling of Clients personal belongings. It is a pleasure to be a part of this great Team Yellow!

She provides administrative support to the staff and assists in running the everyday operations of the office. Since coming to Canada, Jessica has gained vast experience working in various administrative positions.  Prior to coming to Canada, Jessica was an Assistant Psychologist for a hospital in the Philippines. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science majoring in Psychology from Saint Paul College of Quezon City, Philippines.

Jody was no stranger to the restoration business, working at her father’s ServiceMaster franchise for much of her youth. So, it was no surprise that in 2013 she took on ownership with her partners, of ServiceMaster Restore Toronto North Vaughan (TNV) and again in 2019 with ServiceMaster Restore Markham. Prior to re-joining the ServiceMaster Family, Jody spent many years at home with her young children. Before that she worked in the financial industry as an executive assistant for a large investment’s firm.  Jody has worked to implement many procedures to help enhance the customer experience and meet and exceed the timelines of our clients.  Jody believes that the ServiceMaster TNV and Markham Teams are the best in the GTA! She is committed to providing employees with a great work environment that provides support, education, tools and technology to ensure their success.  Jody firmly believes that success starts from the ServiceMaster Family members on the team!

Currently acting as a Technician, he has worked in both the emergency mitigation and construction departments. Acting in such roles as restoration technician, supervisor, construction coordinator and project manager assistant. He has gained his construction project management certificate from Durham College and is considered a Master Restore by the IICRC. Jose considers himself a “tech wiz”, frequently modifying modern gadgets and loves to play poker.

Previously, Juliana worked for a construction company, coordinating teams and assignments in the full cycle of project management with building construction and maintenance services after-sales. Juliana has a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Salvador University, Brazil; with a Project Management postgraduate degree.

Kevin brings a combined 20+ years in the insurance restoration industry.  Starting from the young age of 14 as a labourer during summers and holidays, gradually working his way to estimating and  project managing.  Kevin gained skills in multiple trades along the way including drywall, carpentry and framing, along with industry specific training and certifications.   He has been lead hand/ manager in some large catastrophes around Ontario, including the flooding  in Peterborough, and Tornado in Goderich.    Kevin specializes in large loss residential and commercial claims, as well as trauma scene clean ups.

Mitch originally joined ServiceMaster Restore Markham in 2013, styaing until 2016 when he left to pursue other opportunities. He subsequently returned in 2017 as a technician and has been dealing directly with customers when mitigating floods as well as fire clean-ups. Mitch is a certified water damage remediation technician and is dedicated to making sure all customers are happy and satisfied. In his role, Mitch is also a key communicator between customers and our administrative staff.

Monique graduated from Salvador University, Brazil with a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.), Civil Engineering with a Postgraduate Certificate focused in International Business Management.

Nancy joined the ServiceMaster family in 2007 as a Project Coordinator, and with her attention to detail and keen ability to take on new and challenging tasks, she has moved on over the years to roles as the Accounting Coordinator, Manager of Admin Services and then on to her current role as the Director of Administrative Services.  Her ability to motivate and lead her team with the vast knowledge she has gained of the Restoration Industry over her time, has created an environment conducive to learning and growing.  Her ability to manage processes and efficiencies within the organization, as well as her ability to maintain strong relationships with our business and insurance partners, makes her a valued member of our team.

Nancy graduated with a degree from York University, specializing in Political Science and Economics.  She has since completed the Management Development Program through Violand Management Associates, and is currently set to graduate in 2021 with her diploma is small business management through Violand and Kent State University.  Nancy is also JHSC certified and CPR/First Aid trained.

In her spare time, Nancy enjoys spending time at the lake with her family, activities with her two children, baking, and cycling!

Steve Gregg is using his more than 20 years of industry experience to oversee the operations and service delivery of ServiceMaster Restore Markham. Steve excels in project management and estimating, with a specialty in large loss and commercial loss management, which is significant as he focuses on servicing this thriving community with customized residential properties as well as high density living and commercial properties. Steve also has a vast knowledge and direct experience in working with a high volume of claims and managing large catastrophe's (CAT's) in both local and remote markets.  As President, Steve is responsible for ensuring a high-level service delivery is constant and consistent, as he firmly believes customer service is paramount.  Steve is also committed to and educated in reducing claims costs by effective and efficient mitigation of the loss, thereby reducing the renovation costs and decreasing downtime in property use.  This is a result of years of experience and the use of industry specific tools such as specialized equipment and innovative ways of restoring peace of mind.  Steve is also successful in providing a fast and efficient product all while not suffering the expected extraordinary customer service and quality workmanship.

Viviane has received training and is certified in IICRC WRT & ASD.  Viviane has experience with Restoration software as well as being extremely proficient with Microsoft Office and other software programs.

He has more than 13 years experience in claims, vendor management, sales, marketing and business development within the insurance industry. Working for two major insurers and several insurance vendors, including time at the corporate head office of ServiceMaster Restore where he gained valuable insight into the property restoration space. William holds a Master of Science in Kinesiology (specializing in Biomechanics/Ergonomics) as well as an Honours B.A. in Kinesiology. William spends most of his spare time with his wife and 3 kids.
