Everything! From the time of arrival at my home, the crew took an unfortunate back up sewer situation into a good one. The entire crew were hard working, punctual, clean, respectful and professional.

I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE WAY EVERYONE WHO CAME TO HELP ME AFTER THE FIRE STARTING WITH KEVIN. I AM 80 YEARS OLD AND THEY ALL TREATED ME WITH GREAT RESPECT. SO MUCH OF THE TIME I WAS IN TEARS BUT THEY TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN THINGS TO ME. THE CLEANING STAFF UNDER ANIL. ZACK WITH THE CLEANING OF MY PERSONNAL THINGS. PAT WHO HELPED ME WITH THE WINDOW COVERINGS WERE ALL SO NICE. I WOULD RECOMMEND YOUR COMPANY ANY TIME. JANNETTE DEMPSEY

I was especially impressed by Jose, the young man sent to repair my issues with renovations done to my condo. He was both polite and informative as well as a dedicated worker to perform the tasks he had here. He was also very obliging when he knew my computer wasn't working and in no time flat had everything up and running like a well oiled clock. I would give Jose a 10 if I was asked to evaluate his work ethics and his up front answers to all my many questions and the speed in which he performed these tasks. All in all he is a man that gets the job done in goodtime and with good results. As far as the new floors put in by ServiceMaster I was duly impressed both with the look of the flooring and with how well it was done. BUT.... the only down side to the job done here in my condo was the fact that after being told all would look and be in the same place and condition was not the case. Although some of the conditions were rectified thanks to Jose, a lot was left in total chaos which I am still trying to sort through. Not impressed!! Thank you for the opportunity to respond to this survey and hope Jose is duly noticed for his part in this restoration process. Not impressed with the CAA agent who initially was the man I had to deal with...a Mr.Bunting I believe.

Servicemaster is more than a service company. They are true professionals who go that extra mile to do things right. They are neat and tidy, and try to satisfy the customers every whim. When our kitchen was water damaged, the cleanup was timely and efficient. I must say, when all was said and done, i felt like we were dealing with a friend or relative, not a repairman. When my basement flooded on New Year's eve, I thought 'what a nightmare lay ahead'. Well that was before ServiceMaster called me. Within a half an hour of calling my insurance company to let them know about what had happened, I received a call from Patrick at ServiceMaster assuring me that everything would be alright and that I shouldn't worry. Within an hour of his call he had arranged and dispatched a crew to my home to deal with the large amount of water that had collected in my basement. It was New Years eve!!! Not only that, but the next day, Patrick himself came out to survey the damage and further reassure me that everything would be fine...remember, that was on New Year's day!...I felt terrible that he had to work and deal with me on what should have been a day off for him. He explained everything to me in detail, and was so patient and understanding of my lack of knowledge regarding the situation. Furthermore, and at the same time, I started speaking with Jessica at ServiceMaster, to assist me with the property lost/damaged by the flood. She was so patient and kind as well, explaining to me how the process worked. I never felt rushed by either Patrick or Jessica and consider myself extremely lucky that my insurance company deals with ServiceMaster for these situations. I would highly, highly, highly, recommend ServiceMaster for any restoration needs...you will not be sorry that you did!!!

-Hardworking crews during the emergency response -Excellent service provided to us by Ms. Jessica Paynor (Mitigation Coordinator)-her support and advices that comfort us during the disaster events and for the quick response of Mr. Ray Loader (Project manager) to visit our home for inspections/assessments. -Thank you also to Clarissa Soares (Project Manager Assistant) for being so responsive to our queries and keeping us updated of the work schedule .
