The team was very efficient polite and compassionate. However I would have appreciated if the full wall paneling beneath the basement window was removed instead of just a portion. I was concerned as to the whole wall being affected by the leak
After floodwaters invaded my basement teams from all over Canada arrived in Alberta to help. This company was recommended by my insurance. The crew did their job with efficiency kindness and compassion. My house was left clean clear and sanitized.
I had a flood in my basement near Christmas of 2025. After I called my insurance company a member from Service Master was there in less than two hours. After assessing the damage they arranged for their people to come and clean up the damage.They left everything so clean. From the manager Kevin to every person who came to my home they worked very hard. Cleaned up after themselves and were courteous throughout the entire process. I am 69 years of age and this was my first claim with my insurance company. Service Master and CAA made the whole experience as good for me as it could possibly of been. Thank you very much to Kevin and the people from Service Master you are GREAT!
